On-site staging preparation for an open house. We will bring a few staging items for the day of the open house. This helps with making a good first impression with the front porch and/or front door area and making the entrance warm and welcoming to prospective buyers. Additionally, we may add small things like add pops of color to a old fireplace or brighten up a kitchen.

Staging a few rooms to a full house
$

This option is focused on staging an empty to half empty house giving it the feel of a home. This includes an hour consultation with you in the home, discussing what rooms and features we want to highlight. We will rent furniture and decor from our staging vendors that complements the homes style and will give it broad appeal. This includes our hourly rate of working in the house organizing and staging. After it has been staged, we will be stopping by the property about once per week to check on it to make sure the staging is still in top condition. This price covers 4 weeks of staging and de-staging of the home. After 4 weeks, there will be a recurring fee per month to keep the staging.
* Large staging jobs or extravagant stagings may incur additional fees. Monthly recurring fee for each additional month the home remains staged
